Connect physical robots to Syper.

Robots are physical machines that act in the world — delivery, warehouse, service, and charging robots. They connect through an Agent Account and follow the machine workflow.
Design considerations
- Intermittent connectivity. Queue requests and retry with idempotency keys so a dropped connection never causes a double payment.
- Physical counterparties. Identify terminals and stations via NFC or QR.
- Live state. Use WebSocket where the robot needs immediate confirmation.
- Fleet credentials. Provision credentials per robot, not per fleet, so one compromised robot can be revoked alone.
