Members & Roles
Who can act on an account and in what capacity.
DraftDescribes the intended design. Not yet available — names, fields and behaviour may change.
Members are the people who can act on an account. Personal Accounts have one owner; Business Accounts can have many members, each with a role.
A role bundles permissions — for example an owner, an administrator, an approver, or a read-only viewer.
Guidance
- Assign the least-privileged role that lets a member do their job.
- Require a second approver for high-value operations.
- Remove members promptly when they leave; their actions remain in activity.
